Something not right with your custom foam? Tell us what happened and we'll take care of it under your FailSafe protection.

From your MyCaseBuilder order confirmation email (e.g. 100386).
FailSafe® Protection

To redeem your FailSafe® Design Protection, fill out this Return Authorization Form within 30 days of receiving your order — your order number, file ID, photos, and notes all go right here.

Once we approve your request, we'll email you additional instructions including:

  • Your Return Authorization Number
  • Instructions for returning your unwanted foam
    • You can remove the foam from the case and return the foam only, or send back the case with the foam.
  • Instructions for creating and naming your new design
  • Instructions for authorizing us to move forward with fabrication of your new design

PLEASE NOTE: Any special fabrication instructions can be provided at that point.

If you've spoken with our Customer Service team about special handling for your FailSafe RMA, mention it in the notes.
